"dUmB vs sMaRt"

According to the American heritage Dictionary "dumb" means lacking the power of speech; temporarily speechless, as with shock or fear; conspicuously unintelligent; stupid and defined as incapable of processing data in the computer science term and is to rewrite for a less intelligent audience. While "smart" means characterized by sharp, quick thought; bright. (synonym : intelligent) Amusing, clever; witty; canny and shrwed in dealing with others and in computer science terms, it means having the capacitiy to perform operations independently of the computer.

Question(s)?

When can a dumb person win over a smart one most specially when it comes to debate? Or can they really win?

A note:

*There's a lot of room for improvement and learning in a dumb person's side...in the case of the
smart ones, there's no room for mistakes! (agree?--hehe, just a thought...)
